Villa Pier is one of the rare villas in the area with a large deep pool and salted water, located at the point of the garden where the view of the sea is more defined.

In a Mediterranean style located on the Adriatic coast, 2 km from the City of Capo, the Villa is surrounded by a large park rich in vegetation.

Around the pool every comfort: refreshment areas, canopies, sunbeds, solarium, bathrooms and changing rooms, outdoor showers. The unique glimpses of the sea and the countryside make the villa unique in its kind.

The Central Building can accommodate up to 8 people. It is a suggestive house, clad in living stone according to local tradition.

Four double bedrooms:

• the master bedroom suite with private bathroom and hydromassage bath,
• a double room with private bathroom for exclusive use,
• a double room with a shared bathroom (having a double door in the bathroom),
• a double room without bathroom (with shared bathroom)

All bedrooms are air conditioned. To complete the structure, there is a fantastic kitchen, a precious lounge with sea view and a large dining room with up to fourteen seats. There is also a small room with a bunk bed and a bathroom: only for children or domestic helpers.

The outdoor spaces are very large and comfortable, large parking lot, outdoor dining room, BBQ. The villa is ideal for families, friends and relatives who want to enjoy their holiday in a truly unique location.

Important: The swimming pool is shared with the guests of the trulli on the same property.
