Villa Lucy is located just minutes from the famous Santa Maria di Leuca. From the Villa it is possible to swim by following the path that leads you to the cliff and the crystal clear sea.
Villa Lucy is about 150 square meters on several levels, comfortable, spacious and very bright. On the first floor there is a kitchen, a large living room with stained glass fireplace sofas that open onto the large terrace equipped with a comfortable outdoor kitchen and BBQ, sofas and armchairs and a table for fantastic dinners and outdoor parties.
Downstairs the sleeping area: 2 spacious double bedrooms with a large shared bathroom. The bathroom can also be accessed from outside.
Further down a romantic annexe with a small terrace, a double bed and a private bathroom.
All bedrooms have independent entrance, sea view, air conditioning OR fan, heating.
The Villa is cool in summer as it is made of stone so when the summer temperatures become unbearable, sheltering in the Villa is a pleasure. In winter the Villa is rented also in winter thanks to the windows the sea view can also be enjoyed from the warmth of the living room, where there is also a fireplace. Relax and Charme.
