Il Cappero a LaGrica (2 + 2 + 1)
Il Cappero is a fabulous white and blue sea-view cottage with a panoramic mini-pool not far from the crystalline sea in one of the most beautiful and wild places of Salento.
Accommodates up to 5 people.
What makes the Cappero unique is the sea view from the top of the cliff that can be enjoyed from the large terrace well equipped with: table chairs, sofas, outdoor shower, mini-pool, rocking-chairs, BBQ and a large wood-burning oven.
The interiors are simple and cozy: a openspace with a living room with kitchen door window, fireplace and double sofa bed; a double bedroom with twin beds and also another niche with a single bed and built-in wardrobe. The bathroom is complete with sink, toilet and bidet and shower cabin, with a window seaview;
La Grica is only 200 meters from the sea, in one of the most beautiful and unspoilt areas of Salento: LE VIE DEL SALE. The sea and the cliff can be reached by car or 10 minutes on foot following the road.
La Grica is a white and blue Mediterranean-style villa, in the heart of the Natural Park of Santa Maria di Leuca. La Grica is divided into two cottages each with private and exclusive spaces: Cappero upper and Agave, below. The two cottages are independent and have exclusive spaces. In common they have only the stairs and the entrance gate.
Il Cappero has free parking on the coast, right in front of the house. The telephone signal and the wifi connection could be weak as we are right on the sea.
The Cappero is equipped with WIFI, Air Conditioning, TV with TVSAT Decoder.
