La Guenda is one of the 5 typical Apulian country houses (called “Pajare”) in a property with a swimmingpool shared, all masterfully restored in the local style, with stone walls and shady verandas.
Each holiday house is fully independent and has its own particular charm.
La Guenda is a cozy stone cottage only 30 meters from the sea.
The house is composed as follows: room with a sofa bed and sideboard; on the other side of the room, divided by a low wall is the kitchen, equipped with a gas hob with four burners, oven, fridge and sink.
Bedroom with comfortable double bed. Bathroom with shower.
The hall leads to the various private terraces, one equipped with two benches for relaxation, the other is covered and equipped with table and chairs for eating outside and a wood-burning oven. From both terraces you can enjoy a beautiful sea view.
The sea can be reached on foot a few meters. The large swimming pool is of brackish water and is co-shared with the other guests of the property.
A unique place, for nature and sea lovers. A bar restaurant is within walking distance and beautiful paths called Le Vie del Sale start from here.
