Delightful white cottage on the sea, with blue doors and windows, positioned on the coast road towards S.M. di Leuca, in a dominant position over the sea, easily reachable by car in 5 minutes or on foot following the road that leads to the rocks beach below the house.
Breathtaking view that can be enjoyed from the large terrace equipped with table and chairs, barbecue, solarium with sun beds, hammock, rocking chair and outdoor shower. Large degrading garden on the rocks coast.

The Agave Apartment consists of a bright living room with kitchenette and fireplace, lit by the large window overlooking the sea. Equipped with TV table and chairs and sofa bed. There is also an essential small double bedroom in a niche with abajour and a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom is complete with a toilet, bidet and shower.
Ideal for couples.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and has 4 fire.
The Agave is equipped with WIFI, Air Conditioning, TV with TVSAT Decoder.
The Agave is the lower cottage of La Grica, a unique property in Greek style divided into two apartments, the Cappero and the Agave, entirely separate and independent with only the entrance stairs in common.
